NOTE: Our UPS and FedEx Oligopoly have ZERO incentive to make things more efficient. And in fact, they have a lot of incentive to keep them less efficient.  More people employed and they can tell us operating costs are going up so they have to raise rates (again, and again, and again).  While somebody continues to seemingly  sabotage USPS and eliminate other carrier options like Amtrak and Greyhound freight.

fed Ex just skipped reporting on the package for the first 2 weeks in the US...
